Para al\u00e9m da ajuda imediata, os programas concentram-se na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo, reconstruindo infraestruturas, restaurando meios de subsist\u00eancia e apoiando as fam\u00edlias a recuperar estabilidade e dignidade.
